The overall aim of this course is to prepare students for their clinical rotations. This involves possessing accurate documentation and presentation skills and equipping students with the knowledge and skills to be able to obtain a focused history, perform comprehensive physical examination related to the neuroscience, musculoskeletal and endocrine organ systems relating the findings to the pathophysiology of disease. In addition, students will practice a comprehensive history and physical examination related to other organ systems covered in previous foundation of medicine courses.
