I have chosen pediatric because I want the children and their families have a good experience in the hospital. Furthermore, I want to bring  innovation in the hospital that I will be working in to deliver most satisfying care for the patients and their families plus making the workplace more enjoyable for the nurses to increase their job performance and satisfaction.
