Haitham Elbishari graduated from the University of Benghazi-Libya in 1999. In December 2007 Haitham completed an MSc in Prosthodontics from The University of Manchester, PhD from the same university in 2012. In 2011, after completion of specialty training, he was awarded the Membership in Prosthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (MPros RCS Edin). In April 2018 he was awarded The Fellowship in Dental surgery without examination from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (FDS RCS Edin). In addition to being greatly involved in prosthodontic teaching and the supervision of restorative dentistry research projects for undergraduate and postgraduate students, Haitham is also an examiner at the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh.
