Dr Khawla Belhoul is Senior Advisor, and Assistant Professor in Dental Public Health at Hamdan Bin Mohammed College of Dental Medicine, Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences (MBRU), where she is involved in both teaching and research in the field of dental public health. She holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from Cairo University, Egypt, a Master’s in Healthcare Management from the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland, Dubai, and PhD in Dental Public Health from Queen’s University Belfast, Northern Ireland.

- With the Dubai Dental Hospital, Dr. Belhoul secured Joint Commission International Accreditation and Certification (JCIA) for the second time since the hospital establishment in 2018.
- At MBRU, Dr. Belhoul spearheaded the Wellness on Wheels Dental Van initiative, launched in 2020.
- Since 2013, Dr. Belhoul has overseed clinical training of residents who specialize in endodontics, orthodontics, paediatric dentistry, periodontology, and prosthodontics MBRU.
