Meghana Sudhir is a Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator -Advanced (CHSE-A) with over fifteen years of experience in Health Professions Education of which 12 years in Simulation Based Education [SBE]. She is highly experienced in both manikins based, and human patient based (simulated patient) healthcare simulation and debriefing. She is a pioneer in Simulated patient program in the United Arab Emirates and established the first Foundations Certificate course for simulated patients in the region. She serves as International Committee member of Association of Standardized Patient Educators (ASPE), SIG member of Society for Simulation in Healthcare (SSH) She is the recipient of the most prestigious ‘ASPE Outstanding Educator of the Year 2021’ and also recipient of the first Certified Healthcare Simulation Educator- Advanced from the United Arab Emirates. She is also awarded with Associate Fellowship from AMEE. She has been working with MBRU since 2014.
