Professor Nezam Al-Nsair is the Dean of the Hind Bint Maktoum College of Nursing and Midwifery (HBMCNM) at MBRU. He has held several prominent leadership roles throughout his career. He was the Founding Dean and Professor at the College of Nursing at Xavier University in Ohio, as well as at the School of Nursing and Health Professions at York College of Pennsylvania. Prior to these positions, he served as the Executive Dean of Health Sciences at the Higher Colleges of Technology in the UAE, and as the Founding Chair and Professor of the Department of Nursing at the University of Mount Union in Ohio.
