Basic Clinical Skills: An Update
Aim:
To enable healthcare professionals demonstrate selected clinical skills in health care settings.
Learning Outcomes:
- Explain how each element of the infection chain contributes to infection.
- Demonstrate Personal Protective Equipment.
- Perform hand hygiene with alcohol-based hand rub.
- Demonstrate the procedure of administering IM injection & IV insertion.
- Discuss pain assessment tools.
