Repositories are important tools for preserving an organization’s legacy; they facilitate digital preservation and scholarly communication. MBRU Knowledge Repository is a digital service that collects, preserves, and distributes digital material. MBRU’s scholarly communications including theses, faculty publications, student projects, and publications are the key digital records available in this repository. The session will cover an overview of KR, how documents can be submitted, know about its benefits, accessibility and long term preservation.

Inspiring returning and attracting new patrons to the library is done through the coordination of outreach efforts, social media, and publicity. This session will give you an overview of our past events and our planned activities for the upcoming year.

Library collection includes more than 3000 print books covering more than 40 specialties in medicine. These books are categorized into reference books, course reserves, rare books, archives etc. This session will cover how these books can be borrowed and guidelines to be followed for borrowing. You will also learn about library membership and how library extend its resources, services and facilities to wider medical community.
