For a medical research, the need for a strong foundation in epidemiology and biostatistics is unquestioned. Statistics is an indispensable part of the background of the modern scientist who wishes to carry out serious research. The session aims to correct or strength some understanding concepts in Biostatistics that most of the researchers need to understand well to help them in either to read differently the Scientific article or find the way to speak the jargon of statistics with their Biostatistician.
