The Accelerator for Learning (A4L) is dedicated to driving excellence in healthcare quality and safety through development of systematic, evidence-based continuous professional development and medical education programs that build knowledge, skills and competencies across the healthcare ecosystem.
We are a multidisciplinary team of learning experts who collaborate with subject matter experts, educators, clinicians, and learners to co-design innovative and impactful learning solutions, with the aim to facilitate knowledge and data translation into evidence-based practices in all healthcare disciplines
A4L applies Learning Health System principles to accelerate the application of evidence into practice. We work across all levels of the academic health system, combining data-driven insights with innovative design, development, and delivery.

Our learning solutions & experiences offerings strive to address gaps in professional practice and facilitate knowledge and data translation into evidence-based practices in all healthcare disciplines, aiming to drive excellence in healthcare quality and safety.
Through our state-of-the-art Digital Learning Lab—with two fully equipped studios—we create and host engaging, digital courses and content that advance learning and support lifelong growth. Our Mediaverse Lab is used for filming interviews, podcasts, panel discussions and demonstrations, the Turn-key Touch Lab is used for interactive touchscreen lectures and presentations, the Re-Imagine Lab is for collaborative pre-production and post-production workspace, and our Mobile Lab allows for high-tech portable filming solutions for filming in various locations.
We build strategic partnerships with regional and international healthcare organizations and institutions through educational collaborations. These partnerships serve as a catalyst for developing impactful workforce development programs and innovative solutions to support the integration of evidence-based practices into health systems, ultimately enhancing the quality and efficiency of the healthcare field
