Our Al Maktoum Medical Library plays a vital role in supporting MBRU students, faculty, and the wider medical community, by providing access to high-quality and authoritative information resources in order to promote the very best in medical education, research, teaching, and patient care. Our Library offers point-of-care resources and medical education databases, quiet areas for individual and group study and lounges, meeting rooms and an Information Commons. To access the Library's comprehensive services and resources, healthcare professionals and students must have a membership.
Our library facilities play a pivotal role in supporting students, MBRU staff, faculty and the wider medical community by housing an extensive range of quiet areas for individual and group study rooms, study lounges and meeting rooms.
Two fully equipped meeting rooms with audio-visual equipment are available in the Library. Members may reserve the rooms subject to availability, and by using the online booking form.
Available for MBRU students and faculty, our group study rooms can be booked at the Library information desk, and are available on a first-come, first served basis.
Designed to provide a comfortable study space, our Library has a number of study lounges and individual study cubicles designated in two zones, the quiet and the collaborative.
