Professor Nezam Al-Nsair
Professor Nezam Al-Nsair is the Dean of the Hind Bint Maktoum College of Nursing and Midwifery (HBMCoNM). Previously, he held significant leadership roles throughout his career. He served as the Founding Dean and Professor of the College of Nursing at Xavier University in Ohio, as well as the School of Nursing and Health Professions at York College of Pennsylvania. Prior to these roles, he served as the Executive Dean of Health Sciences at the Higher Colleges of Technology in the UAE and the Founding Chair and Professor at the University of Mount Union’s Department of Nursing in Ohio.
