Dr. Farhad Kheradmand Janahi is an Assistant Professor in Surgery at the Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences in Dubai and a Consultant Urological and Transplant surgeon at Mediclinic City Hospital. He qualified in medicine from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2002 and completed his specialist training in urology and kidney transplant surgery in Ireland and the UK. Apart from his Fellowship in Urology from the Royal Colleges of Surgeons, he also holds a MD (PhD) and an MBA in healthcare management from the University College Dublin. Dr. Farhad has a special interest in the management of Uro-Oncological diseases and Kidney transplantation.

- Dr. Farhad has developed “An interactive anatomy DVD dissector”, an online instructional, interactive, multimedia, anatomy dissection software package for RCSI medical students in Dublin, Bahrain and postgraduate surgical trainees. The anatomy DVD dissector serves as a teaching tool to preview and review practical classes and emphasize clinical and functional anatomy.
