Virtual Session: Organ Donation Saves Lives

In observation of World Kidney Day, Mohammed Bin Rashid University of Medicine and Health Sciences, Dubai Healthcare City, Al Jalila Children’s Specialty Hospital, Mediclinic City Hospital and Al Jalila Foundation launched the “Think Kidney” campaign, a month-long awareness campaign around kidney disease, organ donation, and transplantation.

As part of the Think Kidney campaign, this session is held to allow you to meet Pritvik Sinhadc, Dubai’s first recipient of a pediatric kidney transplant from a live donor. Listen from his father Bhaskar, who has given him the gift of life through donating his kidney, and meet the surgeons who led the team that operated on Pritvik to learn firsthand about their experience.
