About the Award
To recognize individuals (including outsourced) working at MBRU such as drivers, receptionists, cleaners, security staff, pantry hostesses and office boys/women for going beyond their scope to deliver an excellent service.
Criteria
- The employee must have completed at least 1 year of continuous service.
- Employees doing things out of their scope, creative, innovative and in line with MBRU values through extra ordinary gestures.
- Actions should be for repetitive behavior of the employee (not one-off events or actions).
- Behavior/actions should be observable (consistent behavior) by others.
