Introduction to Pediatric Dentistry is an intensive lecture series given to incoming students every July that covers the fundamental concepts of the practice of pediatric dentistry. The course is intended to familiarize the new student with concepts they will encounter in the various clinical settings.

The primary goal is to familiarize the student with the scope of the specialty of pediatric dentistry and ensure that each student has the basic knowledge and technical skills to proceed with the required didactic and clinical aspects of the program
